Fortude
An ERP integrator with deep Infor M3 expertise and an established client base wanted to build a product revenue stream. They had the domain knowledge and the technical team. What they didn't have was a framework for turning a services company into one that also ships products.
Designed the full transformation programme: strategic vision for the product approach, venture building methodology, skills gap analysis, team structure, and financial projections. Ran design thinking workshops with teams across three geographies to test appetite and surface internal resistance before it became a blocker.
Fortude now has the playbook and the framework.
Localflow
Tour operators in South and South East Asia are running their businesses on WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and memory. The available tools are built for Western markets and priced accordingly. There was no product designed for how operators in this region actually work.
Built this one myself. Localflow is a SaaS platform for tour operators, designed from problem-solution fit through to a live product with paying customers. Product strategy, business model, go-to-market, and development using AI tooling, all done as a non-technical founder.
Live at localflow.travel. This is the proof that the thinking I do for clients isn't theoretical. I build with it too.

Sri Lanka's startup ecosystem in its early years had energy but no structure. There were founders with ideas but no path from idea to viable business. No independent incubator existed to fill that gap.
Built one of the country's first independent startup incubators from scratch. Designed the programme structure, mentored founders through validation and early growth, and built the community infrastructure around it.
100+ entrepreneurs mentored. 5,000+ community members. Several ventures that went on to raise funding and operate independently.
JustEnglish
A founder came to me with a concept: an English speaking programme for Sri Lankan working professionals who were too self-conscious to practise in public. The insight was real. The market was real. But the product shape, the business model, and the path to first customers hadn't been worked out.
Helped tighten the ICP to working professionals specifically. Shaped the business model around cohort-based paid programmes. Mentored the founder through the sharp, messy early stage where most ideas die.
JustEnglish has now graduated over 1,600 paying customers and runs continuous intake cycles.
justenglish.lk → CurveUp
A consultancy focused on L&D and SME empowerment was scaling from a single Sri Lankan operation into a multi-entity business spanning two markets. The company had strong domain expertise and execution capability, but the strategic decisions that come with that kind of growth needed sharper thinking.
Provided ongoing strategic advisory across service offering design, company vision, and operational challenges. Helped shape the evolution from a single consultancy into three distinct entities operating across Sri Lanka and Dubai.
CurveUp now operates as a family of three companies: a digital solutions firm, a foundation for community impact, and an enterprise AI practice.
